Wonderfully Made Fingers
An original, one of a kind Graphite Drawing
For much of my life I have been interested in human anatomy. One day, I was placing various parts of my hands together to see how they fit within one another. I was surprised to discover, and became fascinated with the fact, that various parts of the human body fit perfectly together.
I decided to do a series of drawings featuring parts of my hands and feet cradled into each other. My series is a small sampling of the many segments of the human body with contours that fit flawlessly cradled within one another.
